
Introduction to Shanghai Cooperation Organization
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is a permanent intergovernmental international Organization, the creation of which was announced on 15 June 2001 in Shanghai (China) by the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was preceded by the Shanghai Five mechanism.
Currently, the SCO comprises
Eight member states, namely the Republic of India, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Four observer states, namely the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Mongolia;
Six dialogue partners, namely the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, the Republic of Turkey, and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Credit SCO

The “Credit SCO” platform is a cross-border credit demonstration platform built in response to the country`s promotion of the construction of a new model of international cooperation in the "Belt and Road" initiative. Based on international credit cooperation, innovative finance and credit services, and aiming at unimpeded trade and financing, the platform provides basic guarantee for economic and trade development, investment cooperation and cultural and educational exchanges among SCO countries and countries along the "Belt and Road".

Supported by cross-border credit database and Gladtrust's 15 years of credit management experiences, the platform can provide multilingual cross-border enterprise information search and one-stop credit management solutions, including enterprise credit search, enterprise credit report, international credit certification, credit manager training, credit financing and other comprehensive credit management services, effectively solving the problems of market expansion, risk management and control, trade financing, etc in the process of international trade and investment cooperation.

The platform is committed to the construction of a credit interoperability system between China and SCO countries with cross-border credit investigation technology, connecting the world with credit, professionally and accurately solving problems faced by enterprises in international competition and cooperation, providing support for strengthening multilateral trade and investment, and helping the green, steady and sustainable development of economic and trade cooperation among SCO countries and countries along the "Belt and Road", to create a credit future with global partners.
